Subscription fees are charged in advance through the Google Play Store and Apple App Store depending on the platform and payment method you choose. Pricing and available subscription plans are displayed in the App, inclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., GST), and may vary by region or currency.
9.2 Payment Processing
All payments for subscriptions are processed through one of our authorized payment processors: Google Play Store and Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to their respective payment terms, including any applicable taxes or fees. You must provide a valid payment method and authorize the relevant payment processor to charge your payment method for the subscription fees. Payments are subject to the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007, and other applicable Indian regulations, as well as international payment processing standards.
9.3 Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play Store and Apple App Store or through your web account, depending on how you originally subscribed. If a subscription is canceled through the web platform, it will also be reflected and canceled in the corresponding payment processor account, and vice versa. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to the subscription benefits until that time. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play Store and Apple App Store depending on how you originally subscribed.
Please note, Gotilo does not offer refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused time.
Refunds, if applicable under exceptional cases governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any applicable law, will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method, and the amount will be credited to your account based on standard banking or payment processor timelines.
9.4 Changes to Subscription Terms
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing, features, or availability at any time, subject to providing notice as required under Indian consumer protection laws and international best practices. We will notify you of material changes to your subscription plan through the App or by email. If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription as described above. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated subscription terms.
9.5 Refunds
Except as required by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or the policies of the Google Play Store and Apple App Store all subscription fees are non-refundable. If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to defective service or other valid reasons, you must contact the respective payment processor directly or reach out to us. Refund requests will be evaluated in accordance with applicable laws and our internal policies.
